Mr. Sheppard is one of the founders of Ateb and has been with the company since its inception in 1992. During his tenure, he has led the growth of the healthcare technology company, including 20 percent year over year growth for the past three years.

Under his leadership, the Ateb Team is developing solutions that enable its pharmacy partners to transform to an appointment based model to improve patient medication adherence and the overall quality of patient care to benefit patients, pharmacies, and the payers.


Debbie Sheppard, V.P. Sales and Marketing

Since joining Ateb in 1995, Ms. Sheppard has built a talented sales and marketing team that allowed Ateb to expand their solutions into the pharmacy and healthcare sector. Ms. Sheppard has led Ateb’s solution oriented sales approach to help community pharmacy meet their challenges and grow their business.


Mark Gregory, RPh, V.P. Healthcare Solutions

Mr. Gregory joined Ateb in July 2014 and is aligned with Ateb’s core principles to help pharmacy become an effective resource that aids patients in achieving their personal healthcare objectives by providing cutting-edge, sophisticated adherence solutions to our pharmacy partners.


Mike Cantrell, RPh, JD, V.P. Pharmacy Network Development

A registered pharmacist and licensed attorney, Mr. Cantrell brings over thirty years of industry experience. Mr. Cantrell develops quality-focused provider networks that connect constituents across the care continuum to manage healthcare costs while optimizing patient outcomes, using community pharmacists to deliver such care.


Mike Roberts, Director of Analytics

Responsible for Ateb’s advanced analytics, business intelligence and reporting strategies and methodologies, Mr. Roberts has extensive experience with large volume medication adherence programs including program design patient segmentation and clinical protocols. Mike is the holder of six U.S. patents related to medication adherence programs methods and processes.


Rebecca Chater, RPh, MPH, FAPhA, Executive Healthcare Strategist

Ms. Chater brings to Ateb more than twenty years of professional leadership and innovation, as a pioneer and change agent in community pharmacy-based patient care, optimizing medication use, and improving health outcomes. Ms. Chater provides clinical leadership of Ateb’s patient care support solutions and thought leadership to influence broad integration of pharmacy and pharmacist services among healthcare stakeholders to improve patient care coordination and health outcomes.


Ken Monroe, RPh, Director of Centralized Professional Services

Mr. Monroe joined Ateb in March 2014, bringing over 24 years of retail pharmacy experience. His team consists of specialized care coordinators who focus on increasing patient participation in Ateb’s professional services modules and solutions, such as medication adherence.


Robbert Ayshford, RPh, V.P. Chain Strategic Solutions

Mr. Ayshford has been with Ateb since 2011 focusing on pharmacy-based patient care solutions and the development of adherence solutions.

The mission of Ateb’s Community Pharmacy Advisory Board (CPAB) is to reshape the industry.

By identifying and understanding key challenges, Ateb and the CPAB can develop solutions to allow independent community pharmacies to improve patient engagement, optimize medication use, streamline overall pharmacy management and leverage value-based opportunities to create and expand new revenue streams.
