Q: What is the definition of our company name, “Ateb?”
A: Ateb means “solution” in Welsh.

Q: My PMAP log in and password are not working, who can I contact?
A: We can certainly take care of that for you. Please contact our Partner Coaching and Consulting Team at partnercoaching@ateb.com.

Q: If I have a smartphone, can I download Ateb’s mobile app, OnTheGoRx®?
A: Ateb has a mobile app solution for pharmacy. Please contact us for additional details.

Q: What are your Customer Support hours?
A: Our customer support is available to current customers with support on Monday – Friday from 8am-8pm Eastern. To report an issue, please contact us at 866.388.5629 or support@ateb.com. Ateb offers additional options if you require longer support hours.

Q: How do I create a log in for your website?
A: We are happy to help! Simply click the Login link under the Ateb logo on the top, left-hand side of our website.  If you already have a username and password, please sign in. If you do not have a username and password, simply click the Register link located on the Log In screen and submit your information.  Any other problems with the Ateb Log In, please contact sales@ateb.com.

Q: I need training on my solutions, who do I contact?
A: If you would like training on an existing solution offered by Ateb, please contact our Partner Coaching and Consulting Team at partnercoaching@ateb.com.

Q: The videos on your site are not loading, who do I contact?
A: Please contact our support team at support@ateb.com.
