is an advanced, automated customer notification and appointment verification
system. BackTalk searches trouble reporting systems and service order
systems for completed work reports and then notifies customers of their
completed status. For quality assurance purposes, BackTalk informs customers
that service is completed as well as confirms that troubles were cleared
to their satisfaction.
BackTalk
can place courtesy calls to customers prior to a technician service
visit. At the time the service order is confirmed by BackTalk, customers
have the option to receive or decline this reminder call. During the
reminder call, the customer can be transferred to a live service representative
for appointment changes or cancellations.
BackTalk
interacts with the customer using recorded prompts, speech recognition
or a touchtone keypad. Alternatively, BackTalk detects answering machines
and delivers a recorded message. Upon completion of the call, the disposition
of the trouble reports or service orders is logged and updated in the
