NDCHealth, Ateb and HHP Announce Strategic Alliance to Provide Electronic Signature Solutions to Pharmacies

ATLANTA, October 8, 2003 --- NDCHealth Corporation (NYSE: NDC), Ateb, Inc. and HHP, Inc. have announced a strategic alliance under which NDCHealth will offer electronic signature capture and data collection solutions, using Ateb software and HHP hardware, to its pharmacy clients. NDCHealth is a leading provider of software solutions and services for independent, chain, and high-volume pharmacies. This latest solution, called NDC eSIG CapturePLUS(TM), will be available in November 2003 for NDCHealth's Renlar(TM), Zadall(TM) (also known as NPS and TPS), CONDORx(TM) and T-Rex One(TM) brand pharmacy systems.
