quickly and efficiently as possible to help you accomplish your

In
order to enhance our ability to quickly resolve any issues with
your Ateb solution, please provide the following information when
contacting our Customer Care Team.
- Pharmacy name, number, and phone number.
- An accurate, complete description of the problem including
date and time of occurrence.
- Contact person to help recreate / work the problem (including
phone number).
- Any recent configuration changes that may have been applied.
- A full description of any and all events occurring (external
to the solution) at the time of the problem.
- Complete description of steps for recreating the problem and/or
any available test cases.
- Any error messages that occurred at the time of the problem.
